Fertile past unearthed from
sands of Arabia
Researchers believe that the Arabian Peninsula is the stepping
stone of Africa. People travelled to it because it was fruitful 100,000 years
ago and it has muck which is useful for plants. A research was
done by European research council which expected to overturn the long held
academic bias that dismiss the region fruit ground for the research in the faith of that
its climate made the protection of any useful Palaeolithic record not possible. They started digging places such as northern
Saudi Arabia, empty quarter , Oman and UAE searching for facts. The first stage is
identifying historic and prehistoric water sources, lakes and rivers through studying NASA's images. Then to walk
out along the edge of the lakes and rivers shown in the image. However they
discovered an evidence of human settlement on the beach of an old lake in
northern Saudi Arabia.
